The Center for Science Teaching & Learning offers full-day programs during school vacations that get kids ages 5-12 involved in hands-on science experiments and explorations. Children have the opportunity to explore 17 acres of nature, visit our live animals, conduct experiments, and take part in science shows and demonstrations conducted by our staff of professional science teachers.
While we hope for good weather, that is not always the case. Please dress your child appropriately, as we attempt to go outside even if it is not perfect. CSTL does not provide food, so please drop off your child along with lunch, snack and a reusable water bottle.
Please note, there are no refunds or credits unless CSTL cancels the program.
Pickup is at 4 pm and there is a $10 late fee for each additional 10 minutes beyond 4:00 your child is not picked up.
Please note that while we always do our best to honor any placement requests, the classes will be organized by age and we are not always able to satisfy each request.
CSTL staff cannot provide one-on-one supervision and are not trained for children with special needs.
